Four faculty members of the Biology Department – Dr. Sarah Bagby, Dr. Angela Dixon, Dr. Sarah Diamond, and Dr. Ryan Martin – served as judges for the CWRU Undergraduate Research Society Research-A-Thon, organized by undergraduate students Elizabeth Weir, Madison Talley (Bagby lab), Zakaryiyya Siddiqui, and Tejasvi Sanikommu. This semester’s competition was focused on the theme of Nature Focused Design with research proposal presentations from seven student groups and was held on the afternoon of 4 October 2026.
