Two weeks ago Alex Flores, a Junior Researcher from the Atit Lab, had the amazing opportunity to attend ABRCMS (Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minoritized Scientists) along with 5,627 other attendees in Phoenix, Arizona! His travel was funded by the Undergraduate Research Office (SOURCE) and he was granted an oral presentation slot during which he presented his project titled “One Protein to Rule Them All: Dysregulation of Fibronectin and Skull Bone Growth in Craniosynostosis”. He was named a 2023 Presentation Awardee for his excellent oral presentation at this national conference!
