Road salt causes odd growth spurts, early mortality in NE Ohio frogs, CWRU study finds

A team of biologists from Case Western Reserve University suspected millions of tons of salt dumped each winter on our roadways couldn't possibly be good for ponds and wetlands, and they launched a research project to find out the extent of the harm. Read the whole article here.
