Congratulations to Dr. Troy Neptune on winning the 2024 Stoye Presentation Award for best talk in Ecology and Ethology through the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists (ASIH) at the Joint Meeting of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists (JMIH) in Pittsburgh, PA, in July. Their talk was called “Tradeoffs between growth and overwintering preparation in response to photoperiod in gray treefrogs: a potential ecological trap.”
Troy also recently published a paper in Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences in July called “Longer days, larger grays: carryover effects of photoperiod and temperature in gray treefrogs, Hyla versicolor.”
Congrats again, Troy!
