Undergraduate Biology Student Aubrey Meyer receives fellowship with the San Diego Zoo

Congratulations to Aubrey Meyer for her summer fellowship with the San Diego Zoo and Wildlife Alliance and Conservation Center at the Safari Park. This is an amazing opportunity in that only 14 fellows are accepted. There are a total of  7 programs with 2 fellows each, and she has been admitted to the genetic conservation program to tackle conservation problems and species management from a genetic angle. According to Aubrey, “the San Diego team is at the leading edge of this kind of research so getting to work with them this summer is an incredible opportunity”.
