New Assistant Professor in Biology, Sarah Bagby, published in PNAS

Incoming assistant professor Sarah Bagby is lead author on a new paper published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) this week. The paper, which will be featured on the cover of the journal’s print edition, is the first analysis of the rates of seafloor biodegradation of the oil that contaminated the Gulf of Mexico seafloor after the Deepwater Horizon disaster in 2010.
